Frequently Asked Questions
Who are the coaches?
Every coach on our team is has significant lived experience with neurodiversity (most are neurodivergent themselves). They are all trained in professional coaching methods and ND-friendly guidelines. They bring lived experience as well as professional tools.
What if I don’t click with my coach?
No problem. You can request a rematch at any time at no extra cost. The right fit matters, and we’ll make sure you’re paired with someone you feel comfortable with.
How do sessions work (online or in-person)?
All coaching is done online through secure video calls, so you can join from anywhere. Scheduling is flexible with many options available.
What if I can’t afford it long-term?
We understand coaching can be expensive for some. If cost is still a barrier, you can start with group coaching — it’s a lower monthly rate but still provides weekly support. We also offer a free community on Discord, so even if coaching isn’t possible right now, you won’t lose access to resources and peers.
