Coach
Rylie (she/her) is a neurodivergent Coach, STEM Educator, and college & career mentor. She holds a B.S. in Biological Systems Engineering from UC Davis and an M.A. in Teaching from USC.
As someone living with bipolar II disorder, depression, and anxiety — and with family experience of neurodivergence — Rylie brings both lived and professional understanding to her work. Through her company, EmpowerEd Learning Club, she guides students and adults toward academic and personal growth using individualized, trauma-informed, and strengths-based coaching approaches. She also leads social-emotional learning sessions tailored for neurodivergent youth where she facilitates supportive spaces that foster self-efficacy, resilience, and authentic connection.
When not teaching/coaching, Rylie enjoys traveling, camping, playing sports, and spending quality time with her wife and their four cats.

Emotional Regulation & Resilience – Integrating trauma-informed and mental-health–aware practices to manage stress, build emotional balance, and sustain motivation
Career & College Readiness – Guiding students and adults through academic pathways, STEM exploration, and purpose-driven goal setting aligned with their unique strengths
