I’m an autistic coach currently completing an ICF-accredited certification in neurodiversity coaching. My path here wasn’t a straight line: I earned my MSW and worked for nearly a decade as a therapist, shifting in the later years to focus on autistic and neurodivergent adults and teens. That experience showed me that many people didn’t need clinical intervention so much as someone to walk beside them with validation and gentle guidance. My coaching blends lived autistic experience with professional training, and my style is warm, affirming, and collaborative.  I see you as the expert in your own life. I focus on self-compassion, empowerment, identity, and practical tools for thriving, and I work comfortably across LGBTQIA+ and alternative communities.
