Coach

Hi, I’m Jenn J. (she/they), a neurodivergent coach, peer support worker, and disability doula. My work is shaped by lived experience of neurodivergence, disability, and navigating systems that weren’t designed with me in mind. I bring that perspective into my work with care and intention.

My approach is compassionate and collaborative, grounded in disability justice. I center your autonomy, access needs, and inner wisdom, and I work from a neuroqueer practice that challenges rigid norms and supports many different ways bodyminds move through the world.

I support neurodivergent and disabled folks in ways that feel accessible, real, and sustainable. Sessions are collaborative and paced to your needs, with practical support that helps you figure out what works for you.

Outside of coaching, I enjoy podcasts, building with LEGO bricks, cozy games, rewatching comfort shows, and spending time with my furbabies.

Coaching focus areas

  • Emotions & Wellbeing – Tending to grief, overwhelm, stress, and burnout with accessible practices that support nervous system regulation and bodymind balance.

  • Social & Relationships – Supporting authentic connection, communication, and boundaries that honor your energy and relational needs.
