Meet Lou, your new iMessage Assistant.

Lou is an iMessage-based assistant designed to support executive functioning for brains that don’t run on “just remember it.” It holds your to-dos and your calendar and nudges you when it helps — no app, no streaks, no fake cheerfulness.

Say it in plain words.

No commands to learn, no forms. You text the way you’d text a friend who happens to be organized.

It understands intent

Add a to-do, mark something done, snooze this, I’m stuck, or set something to repeat — Lou works out what you meant.

Several things at once

“Mark the deck done and remind me to email Dana at 3” — handled in one message.

It keeps the list

Your running to-dos live with Lou. It remembers what you’ve finished and what’s still open.

It asks when unsure

If a message doesn’t land, Lou says so and asks you to resend — it doesn’t quietly drop things.

It checks in, so you don’t have to.

The hard part of staying organized isn’t the list — it’s remembering to look at it. Lou carries that.

A morning read

A short, honest summary of your day — what’s on, what’s open, what’s quiet.

Heads-up before things

A nudge shortly before a calendar event. Two close together? It folds them into one message instead of buzzing twice.

Nudges, not noise

Occasional reminders about open to-dos, kept to a sane number.

“Nag” mode, when you want it

For the things you truly can’t forget, Lou keeps at it until you say it’s done — escalating gently, never as a guilt trip.

It knows what your day actually looks like.

It knows what your day actually looks like.

Google, Outlook and others — Lou reasons over your real schedule, keeps up when meetings move, and skips what you’re skipping without touching your actual calendar.

Connects to your calendar: Lou reasons over your real schedule.

Doesn’t over-remind: It won’t pester you about routine blocks like the gym or lunch.

Skip what you’re skipping: Tell Lou you’re bailing and it drops the reminders.

Most reminder apps cheer at you. Lou doesn’t.

THE USUAL

You’ve got this! 🎉 Day 7 streak — keep it going! 🔥

take meds — anything making it hard, or just need the nudge? Not dropping it.

Got Questions?

Do you need a coach to use Lou?

No. Lou works entirely on its own — you text it, it keeps your to-dos and calendar, and it checks in when it helps.

Do you have to be neurodivergent to use Lou?

No. While Lou is with the neurodivergent community in mind, it’s usable by anyone who wants help with executive function.

Do you need to download an app?

Nope. Lou runs completely inside your iMessages. If you need to change settings, you can ask Lou in your messages.

What phones can use Lou?

Lou is available on iPhone only. It's specifically tied to iMessage so is not available for Android.

Less app. More memory support.

Lou turns the list, the calendar, and the gentle nudge into one conversation — so staying organized doesn’t require remembering another place to check.
